We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you receive, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item, and we will investigate the issue and work towards a solution.

1.1 Reporting Quality Issues
To report a quality issue:

Provide photos of the product and a description of the problem.

Our quality assurance team will assess your claim and determine if a replacement or refund is warranted.

1.2 Resolution Process
If your claim is validated by our team:

Replacement: We will send a complimentary replacement of your product as quickly as possible.

Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, or you cannot wait for a new order, we can provide a refund.
Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase, and we will work promptly to resolve any issues.
2. Color Consistency
We strive to ensure color consistency across our products by using the same print machines, paper types, and processes as our print partners. However, please note that 100% color consistency cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the printing process.

Factors such as machine settings, paper types, humidity levels, and maintenance schedules can lead to slight variations. Color differences that fall within acceptable tolerance levels are not covered under our quality guarantee.

3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you or your customer receive an order that is defective or damaged due to reasons not related to the content you provided, we will cover the costs of a new order. Defective or damaged product issues include:

Damage during transit: Visible damage to the product upon arrival.

Incorrect order: Receiving the wrong item or incorrect quantity.

Low-quality product: The product does not meet our quality standards.
If this occurs, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost to you.
4. Lost Orders

If your order is lost in transit:

Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will promptly investigate the issue with the carrier and send a replacement order to you at no additional charge.

5. No Returns Policy for Personalized Products

As our products are printed specifically for each order, we do not accept returns. Once an order has been printed and shipped, it cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a quality issue, defect, or damage as outlined in our Quality Guarantee.

6. Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to us as the sender, the customer will be responsible for placing a new order. Orders may be returned for several reasons:

6.1 Wrong Address
If the shipping address provided is deemed insufficient by the courier and the package is returned, you will need to place a new order. In such cases, you will be responsible for the cost of the new order.

6.2 Rejected by Recipient
If the recipient rejects the delivery of the package, it will be returned to us. In this case, the customer will need to place a new order and will be liable for the new order's cost.

6.3 Unclaimed Packages
If a package is unclaimed by the recipient and returned to us, you will be responsible for placing a new order and paying for any additional shipping charges.

6.4 Process for Reordering

Contact us with details of the returned shipment, and we will refund the product price of the original order once verified, although you will be liable for the shipping costs of the new order.
